When will I be notified of the result after registering as a Shop Partner? How can I query permission audit results?

In order to maintain the good quality of the platform, MyanLife team will take 3 ~ 5 working days (excluding holidays) to review Shop Partner's permission authorization.

Once your account is approved, MyanLife will inform you via email and site inbox.

If you did not pass the review, you will still receive a notification of the result. Please Contact Us if there is any questions about it.

If you did not receive the notification for more than 10 working days(excluding holidays), you can write to "Contact Us" to explain the situation and provide the information show below, we will check the results ASAP, thank you for waiting patiently.

What functions can be used before Shop Partner's permission is approved?

Before Shop Partner's permission is approved, all functions will not be affected except creating coupons.

Does coupon need to be audited?

In order to maintain the rights and interests of both consumers and Shop Partners, coupons will be taken 3 ~ 5 working days (excluding holidays) to audited by MyanLife team.

Once your account is approved, MyanLife will inform you via email and site inbox.

If you did not pass the review, you will still receive a notification of the result. Please Contact Us if there is any questions about it.

Unapproved coupons can be edited again according to the audit results and resent for auditing.
